Yeow Kwee, talk about doing it the wrong way! Never have a ladder on a roof to do this...worse practices noted! I have a son who is a licensed arborist & know this...we have people maimed or killed in New Englad every year by do it yourselfers like this one.
Hi Ginny, tree trimming is a risky business, you even can get hurt on the ground. A piece of plywood was put on top of the flat roof before the work began. Only small branches were removed in preparation for the hurricane. (That was my husband.)
Hi Toni, someone must be skillful and have experienced to trim trees. Have a productive week.
I hope he's smart enough to be inside the next few days. Hope you fare well through Isaac.
OK. That's pretty dangerous. He should have rented a lift from the rental company. Far less expensive than doctors and hospitals IF anything had gone wrong.
Kwee,

Kwee, Hope you stay dry and safe during Issac's short visit!

A great photo.
It is a good idea to complete tree trimming before the hurricanes.
Have a very special week as we enjoy the final days of summer.
Kwee,
There is no way I would do that I am scared of heights! I hope you have a great Sunday!
When I first read your title line, I pictured a gondalier with saw in hand, perched on a canal boat in Italy. . .Venice, Italy that is! The guy in your picture looks like he is in a position precarious at best, disastrous at worst.
Kwee, that looks like a good thing to do when they tell you a hurricane might be headed your way!
Wow Kwee, it looks like a scarey job! And I thought ours as Realtors was scarey.....
Have a good week!
Good Evening Kwee,
Trimming the tree is a great idea before the hurricane season. During a hurricane, these limbs because a big threat
