Yes, it astonishes me to know that people who no longer do business with me because I've sold their home or whatever still are interested in what I have to say. I don't know why, really. I talk a lot about Sacramento short sales, which make up more than half of my real estate business in Sacramento. I did not know that Sacramento real estate can be riveting reading but perhaps it's my style people enjoy and not necessarily my words. Or, it could just be that real estate stories are interesting.
