I was hunting around for some more training on Pinterest. I know there are many here who haven't yet taken the plunge/may feel intimidated. This should come in handy. And, believe me, this is much faster and easier than Facebook (and less time consuming).
I thought below one is good for those just getting started. It really explains and shows you the basics...a must see if you are just starting. It will literally walk you through the site and how to pin.
Here's another - a bit more advanced. This one has some great tip on types of pins that seem to be more popular.
