The Months of Inventory at 7.2 months is trending towards a balanced Market.
The median sales price is down 12.4% for the 2012 Year to Date.
Closed sales in the last year are up an astounding 87.5% - a strong indication of what a hot market this area of Jacksonville is. New construction is a major factor in the increase and the top selling community in Northeast Florida is Nocatee, which is in NE St. Johns County.
