I took a couple weeks off, and fell behind in my reports of the market conditions in the Black Hills.  Homes are still selling, and there was increased activity just after the New Year.  Most agents are anticipating an increase in sales throughout the spring and into summer.   Also, to note is that hoems are still selling at about 97% of listed price.  Let m eknwo if you have any questions on the chart below.
