BROKER OWNERS & AGENTS NEW REVENUE SOURCE WITH EACH SALE

Since my probate real estate book came out in 1992 I have been approached many times over the last 20 years on partnering up with others who want to sell my course, or be an affiliate, or sell their products to my students, wanted to purchase my mailing list, pitch a new business to me or you name it.   I have stayed away from all of them because I did not want to be labeled a internet marketeer.  I am a Probate Real Estate Agent who happened to write a book on request from my attorney (John Beck) on what I was doing with probate real estate, as it was so far off the radar.  

This approach of saying NO to all who approached served me well as all of my reviews have been great, my students seem to like me, the course has stood the test of time and is still in demand 20 years later and it has provided a nice passive income source around my full time real estate business.

The Key Word I just used was PASSIVE INCOME.  When you can be paid over and over for something you did once than this is very good. Real Estate Brokers who own offices must have their agents produce sales every month in order to bring in enough commissions to pay the bills and also provide a good living for the Broker owner.  This is called leveraging which is a wealth building principle.  Many brokers don't sell and only manage their agents with the tools and services they need to bring in more commissions.  It's the old saying it's better to earn 1% off 100 people's production than 100% of only your own.  My book gave me a small piece of that and it has allowed my wife to be a stay at home mom and now grandma as she runs the DF Probate Real Estate Course business and all that goes with that.   It has given me another revenue source being a RE Consultant and sharing with my fellow Real Estate Agents on how to add to their yearly production buying and selling, listing and sales of probate homes.

What I'm talking about now is a once in a lifetime program.  I'm talking about doing something alongside my real estate business that pays me each time we close a sale and then keeps paying me month in and month out.  This is the wildest thing I have ever witnessed and much better than my books passive income. 

Broker owners of offices have the opportunity to bring in another huge revenue source if they embrace this new technology and include it in their office sales program.   I have been doing this program for 16 months now and my residual income has been exploding.  My clients love us because we are helping them save money on services they will be needing, from the same vendors they would go and now it's all under one online store.  

Broker owners just imagine every sale which closes in your office that revenue will keep coming in from that one sale month in and month out on a service the customer must have, can't pay off and will reduce their monthly budget rather than increase.  PLUS every month as those services are paid a residual income piece will be paid back to your office (You).  Agents don't be alarmed you also can participate and also earn.   I have tested this program (IT WORKS), and I'm now earning a monthly residual around my real estate income from the homes I'm selling plus my buyers family and friends as referrals once they see the benefit.  

TIME REQUIRED:  This is the best part, there is no time once you position your office or yourself to take advantage of the residual.  About 1 hour per client as escrow closes.  Plus you office staff will do this. 

RETIREMENT PROGRAM:  To me there isn't a better retirement program than this and my 3 year plan is to have all my family and business expenses paid for with this residual income and invest my real estate income to fast track my retirement.  

I again have never shared anything other than my probate real estate system and being a Probate Agent until this was brought to me by a few top producing real estate agents who have been doing this.
