Toni, this sounds like a great event. Unfortunately we can't be there. However, my wife loves Arts and Crafts Festivals! In fact, I wouldn't be surprised she will find one to tour this weekend in Northern VA.

The sponge docks in Tarpon Springs love it every time i visit they have such a great atmosphere and all those quaint shops and restaurants irrisistable !!!!
