Again I'm shocked at the prices for these nice homes.  At least 16 were sold unlike the few from yesterdays post.  This really looks like a great area.

Hi Dick -- I know prices in different parts of the country vary greatly but Weber West does earn a "wow" factor for me in attractiveness and affordability.   I like that there is a healthy inventory level as well as volume of homes sold -- that percent to list price is nice to see too.
