Because Keller Williams is a Profit Sharing Company, we have the opportunity to grow our DOWNLINE and create residual INCOME... So, let's do it!

My goal is to get 5 agents in my downline by the end of 2008.

What's your goal?  How are you doing in your strides for recruiting?

Do you have any ideas to share on what methods work to recruit New or Experienced Agents?

Here's to sharing ideas & growth! :-)

Hi Dana, I noticed you on Craigslist.  Just wondered if that has been a good avenue of advertising with regards to agent recruiting?

Of course it is... but I am good at follow-up and Keller Williams sells itself.

What methods do you use to build your team?

You should join us at Keller Williams!

How are you going to do it?  I now it is good to get people to do work and then you can make money, and have a team that can help each other make more money.  best of luck to you.

Thanks for the invitation Dana. :)  Craigslist is better for some things than others.  We normally advertise only homes there so I was interested in your experience with agent recruiting.  It looks like it is a good avenue for you.

Hi folks, I have around 90 in my tree.  I have sponsored 10, but influenced more to sign upder others.

This inspite of a very up and down history in our city's KW.

The main reason is my belief in the product is unwavering.  Also Time grows the tree.

My main secret of success, is leveraging my reputation.  Proving that Kw is good for me- production speaks!

Follow up is Key, Use your top producer and KW's 8*8s and keep in touch.

During a transaction, be a great co broke, don't sell KW.  Have the team leader call to thank for the professionalism about 2 weeks prior to close and Introduce to the team leader at closing.

After closing call and thank, go to coffee, drinks, develop a relationship that is not around that transaction.  still no KW, just let how happy you are/how your business is growing etc. Let the team leader follow up about KW.

Just keep in touch.  I worked on my OP for 6 months.  I worked on some agents for 4 years!!

Persistence and belief!!!

See you at FR
