What a beautiful day we have in Midland, Michigan. The sun is shining the sky is blue temps in the mid 80's. No rain in site.
I get to go on a listing appointment this afternoon, it will take a little while to get there so sunroof open, windows down, hopefully the papers won't fly out the window. If the small town I am going to had an ice cream shop I'd probably stop and get one, as summer fades into fall. I just ordered a new winter coat and it will be here tomorrow. I plan to enjoy the day today and hope the summer and fall lasts for a couple more months. Have a great day !
