Brenda - NICE job!!!
First off - you took advantage of Youtube indexing the first part of the video (yes they do - scary isn't it).
Second off - maybe try to make it a bit shorter - 4 minutes is statistically... Past the point where people leave, figure that after 90 seconds, your viewer is no longer paying attention.
That said, NICE job, I am impressed.
Oh, and if you are feeling pressure from words and suc - write a script and set it right under your camera so you can make sure you cover what you need.
I have got to get this done.
And you should break this up into a serious of shorter videos...
I have to agree with Terkel, I was watching the entire thing and thinking after the first minute that clients would be clicking on something else. Less is more on video.
Brenda- I just listed to your video and you did a great job on promoting yourself and giving the Five Phases of Selling your Home. If anyone looking to buy or sale in San Antonio they did to give you a call. Your a true professional Brenda. Keep up the great work in marketing yourself and your clients home.

Hi Terkel-Again, thank you for the encouragement! I know that was too long so will have to make another shorter version. I think I will take Tammy's advice below and just do a 90 second shot of each phase with the same key words. I thought that using the key words up front along with in the description and tags would help greatly with the Google Juice :)!

Nice work Brenda. It's a lot of things for a seller to remember and having a video with the highlist of selling is a good way to let people in San Antonio know that you know what you're talking about.
Good job Brenda, you're taking the first step. Video is so powerful and you learned from Sue Adler in RainCamp - a great way to establish trust with clients...and most buyers say they choose an agent that they trust.
