The Ardmore House is a 22 unit luxury condominium complex along Pasadena’s “Millionaire’s Row” the name given to the area also known as the South Orange Grove corridor. Located at 480 South Orange Grove Boulevard Ardmore House is the only complex with its own resident manager as well as a professionally managed homeowners association. Today, our listing Unit Number Ten at Ardmore House closed escrow. This extensively renovated unit was priced at $800,000 and sold for $760,000. This is a two bedroom, convertible den, two bath single level condo with over 2000 square feet of living. One of only two second floor units with no unit located above and no units to the side, the feel was more of a single family residence than a condo.
There is one unit for sale in the complex -- it is a unit that has not been renovated and also has two bedrooms, two baths and a den and is offered at $675,000. In 2011 there were four sales in Ardmore House -- each condo was not renovated and the closed prices ranged from $600,000 to $659,000. The average sales price was $639,750(median sales price $650,000).
