There is nothing more exciting for a broker than the start of a new real estate career.
The incredible leap that new licensees make when they leave the "normal" world behind to start a new real estate career parallels the feeling that a young military recruit feels as they head off to basic training. Having been both a military recruit and a new real estate agent (both many years ago :)), the similarities are uncanny.
With all the activity that we are generating through our internet based Progressive Marketing Plan, Century 21 Manausa and Associates has needed to start adding high quality, customer service oriented people to our team.
Starting A Real Estate Career
In June, we hired Damian Costantino to a full time position with our company.
Damian had been a part-time real estate agent in Tallahassee for many years, but we knew with the right training and support, would be one of the top real estate agents in Tallahassee.
With the end of his third full month upon us, I am happy to report that Damian just finished his 17th contract (yep ... 17 contracts in 3 months!) and is busier than he ever thought he could be.
In August, we ramped up our growth operations even faster. We interviewed 38 different candidates and found 3 superstars in the making.
Jennifer Chapman, MBA (no relation to our Andrea Chapman) joined us last week and will be transitioning to a full time status over the next year.
I expect Jennifer to join the top ranks of our industry as well, because she brings so much experience in time management and customer relations that she has used as an independent contractor for many years.

Last week we mentioned that Titus Nixon had joined our Century 21 office. While his license is barely dry from printing, I am happy to report that Titus is well under way with his training and we expect him to be a top agent in Tallahassee in 2013.
Titus has a wonderful Tallahassee background, and we are confident that his winning attitude is going to make him a force to recon with in the Tallahassee real estate market.
I am looking for great things from Titus, so don't be surprised with you see this (under thirty year old) real estate agent start to gain major traction in our industry.
