We all know Loudoun County in Northern Virginia is well known as one of the richest county in the country. Now to add another shinny start to its rapid growth, CNN named Loudoun County as Top Dog in Job Growth.

According to CNN Money between 2000-2011 Loudoun County grew 83.6 % leading by 5.5% over the second place Ford Bend,TX. Prince William County (Dale City) in Northern Virginia was ranked # 8 with 48.6% growth.

Major employer in the Loudoun County includes: AOL, Raytheon, Verizon, Orbital Sciences Corporation, M.C. Dean, Verisign, Neustar, VW and many others. Apart from the job Loudoun county offers beautiful scenic views, winery, close to nation's capital, close to historical places like Mount Vernon, Leesburg and Gettysburg.

Being in Mid-Atlantic we have gorgeous four seasons that offers us beautiful fall orange and red colors, winter snow, cherry blossom in the sprint and beaches in the summer.

With this strong growth in employment market it has driven our real estate market and demand for more road and schools. Which has trigger growth in various other sectors like construction, public services and small business.

So thinking of moving and being part of the fast growing county? Contact Ritu Desai at Samson Properties a local boutique real estate office that understands the market and your needs.
