Well, OK, I'm just kidding. The Real Estate market here in the Raleigh, Cary, Apex area is actually pretty good right now.
But since you've clicked on this blog, indulge me for a minute or two.
The home buying and selling process should be a pleasurable experience. But, when you try to go at it without the help of a Real Estate professional, you're bound to hit some rough seas.
