Information about the Sales Associate Exam

By
Education & Training with Rowlett Real Estate School

The Florida Real Estate Sales Associate state examination consists of 100 questions worth one point each and the passing score is 75%. Normally the 100 questions are divided into 45 questions on real estate law, 45 questions on real estate principles and practices and 10 questions on real estate mathematics.

Since questions do change rather often, memorizing questions is not recommended since one word in the question could change a correct into an incorrect answer.

The time frame to complete the exam is limited to 3 1/2 hours which should allow plenty of time to complete the exam if students don't spend too much time on individual questions.

Since each question is worth one point, spending more than a minute or so per question would not be a wise decision. If the question is confusing, rather than spending a lot of time on it, use your best guess and come back to that question at the end of the examination.

Hi Captain,

Gosh my memory serves me correectly, the exam here in texas is like 140 questions and some are about ethics. Personally, I would love to see all states make this exam harder to pass.

Captain Wayne-The mystic of state exams scares many from even attempting to take the classes before trying the tests. Having the opportunity to get good instruction and adequate preparation can make the trek a bit less scary.
