A beautiful home! This home has been owned and lived in by a local contractor for several years. Completely gutted and rebuilt before the flood and now again after. You will love the solid wood doors, Jacuzzi tub, main floor laundry, spacious kitchen with dura-ceramic floor and soft close drawers. New energy efficient furnace with central AC. With brand new shingles and R30 insulation in the ceiling you will also like the low heat bills in the winter. If you are into sound you will also appreciate the in wall surround sound system in the living room. The loft area is open to the living room and makes a great guest room or study. Off street parking for up to 4 cars. Mud room is really nice for those snowy days when you and the kids come in with wet shoes and tons of wet clothing. Top notch appliances and building materials have been used in this home.

It looks like the builder did a great job with the renovations. It seems like a home that a builder has upgraded is usually very good.

What a nice little house. Real estate must be heating up bigtime in North Dakota. Hope things aren't too crazy.

Michelle, I can't believe I missed your comment until now! Shame on me. We also had a lot of work done to our home a year before the flood and thus have had to do it all over again. What has really amazed me is the people who just purchased a home, then destroyed, and have rebuilt them. I just can't imagine spending $200,000. then rebuilding at another $200,000. knowing the home most likely will never be worth $400,000.

Bob, things are that crazy! I actually hate it. Most agents are thrilled at the higher commission but I really feel for those who just plain old can not afford to live here anymore.

GOOD MORNING BOB!  I have seen that little curly head cutie girl before in your photos!  I'm happy to see you crazy busy  - but still think about the devastation many faced not too long ago in your community...how are your kids?

Tom, things have slowed here in anticipation of winter. I thought this home would be a fast sale because it is priced right and affordable but the typical client for it would be someone with school children and it's hard to get them to move once the school year has started.
