I love my job! Especially when I am out showing Highlands at Breckenridge Homes.
On the list today are 6 homes all priced between $1millon and $1.7 million. It seems like the Breckenridge Colorado real estate market is heating up a bit. Meredith and I are as busy as ever. To date there are now 32 active homes listed for sale in Highlands at Breckenridge, 15 homes have sold in this neighborhood dating back to 1/1/2012- many are new construction homes and a couple of custom and spec homes are sprinkled in there as well.
