San Antonio Real Estate Market report

The July 21, 2012 San Antonio Board of REALTORS® MLS report shows the average sales price for single family residential homes rose to $196,846 -- a 2% increase compared to a year ago. The median sales price in San Antonio is now $164,200 -- a 4% increase from 2011.

Shirley, that is good news and we are seeing similar results in our market here in Lafayette.  Sales volume is up big time in the 10-20 percent range for most of our markets compared to a year ago!
