Do we really feel like those feedback calls work or is it something sellers are requesting us to do? Isn't it obvious that the potenital buyer wasn't interested in the property if he didn't call and ask for more information or want to put in an offer.

I spend hours setting up apopointments, hours showing homes, and then have to spend hours getting feedback calls. My buyers never tell me exactly why they don't like a home or what it needs they just don't say anything if they are not intersted.

As a buyers agent one thing I do not provide is feedback!  You can be sued!  There have been several cases where the buyers agent under signed agreement to represent the interest of the buyer...and has shared with the seller....my buyer really likes the home (means they are willing to pay full price) or my buyer hates the home (means you've given away the buyers position!)

It is so easy to e-mail the response the sellers, They need some feedback to make it worth while for the effort they put into the preparation of the home.
