What has sold this year on Maui, when it comes to beachfront and oceanfront homes and vacant land?  As of today August 29, 2012....

Oceanfront homes:

  • 13 sales ranging from $965,000 - $9,850,000
  • 1 in Haiku; 1 in Paia; 5 in Lahaina; 6 in Kihei
  • 71 Government Road in Haiku sold for $965,000. Over 18 acres with house and more.
  • 584 Stable Road in Spreckelsville sold for $2,520,000.  Beachfront residential condo house.
  • 2 side by side luxury homes on Baby Beach
  • 4950 Makena Road sold for $9,850,000.  Huge residential condo home with private pool.
Vacant land:
  • 2.5 acres in Haiku sold for $800,000 after 757 days on market
