I think living on the water would be great fun.  My wife and I day dream about it when we see the floating houses moored in Sausalito (sp?) in Marin County just over the Golden Gate bridge north of San Francisco.

Hi Tammy, I know right? I think many people are not aware of how some floating homes look today. Most think of them more like boathouses..or shack-like structures. While there are a few of them around, lots of them look like regular homes "on land".
