I work out 4 days a week at 5:30 in the morning with a group of girls from the neighborhood. Trust me not the easiest thing to do in the world, but with the support of neighbors it helps motivate you. One of the things hit me like a brick wall today was what my neighbor said to all of us. She has struggled on and off with her weight for years and she said a great quote..."RUN WHILE YOU CAN" WOW! So true! It gave me the inspiration for the day!!! Today I will Run While I can, with my business, my family and my career. Look at it that statement for many things in your life and in many different ways...I feel inspired today!
