Okay so I have been focusing on what others say and this morning was a great comment by Julie my neighbor while working out. The instructor said we are doing Burpees (which you may know are the most horrendous exercise, in my opinion)...well Julie looked at me ans said "I can't do these. " and I laughed and said "Julie, there is no Can't in this class today" She said how about this...."How CAN I do these?" So she modified the workout...and did them!
So there ya have it...Not that you Can', but how can you?
