Yes, I do!  I aim to bond with the customers that choose to work with me... I want them to gain trust in me by my confidence in the fact that I can help them to reach their goals.

I refer them to other experts such as Mortgage Brokers, Appraisers, Inspectors who I trust...so that they can as well. Do you do the same?

Are you a distant agent? Or do you leave them in the cold? Do you want referrals from them? Or do you even care?

The whole point here is...do you consider yourself a great agent? Are you someone who goes above and beyond?

Do you want future referrals?

What are your opinions?

Referral are the most important part of our business.  I usually bond with my clients and genuinely like them as people.  Although every now and then there maybe one strange one in the bunch.

Renee,

Of course there are, but you need to realize disgression is important... and you always need to find a common bond...pick up on something that you both can relate to...

Thank you for posting. K
