10 Comments on Funny Fridays ~ Meeting of the minds
Love it! He sure will remember that special moment, I know I do...............had many with my Dad.
Dorie...talking through an issue is always my preferred method...whether it be in my personal life or while working real estate deals.
Good morning Dorie,
What a sweet photo!
Good morning Dorie. That little boy will also remember how to use words and respect when dealing with others who may not agree with you. What a great teaching moment!
Just as important, in my opinion, that dad will have this memory for the rest of his life...even when the son is a dad himself!
Sweet photo, reminding me that the most important thing you can give your children is your time.
with matching shirts no less, my little guy loves to remind me when we dress the same
Hi Roger,
They are special moments..and he will remember this time..he had thrown a fit, threw his helmet and bike down and folded his little arms across his chest! It was a meeting of the minds:).
I had to laugh when I saw that scene, Dorie. It reminds me of a similar scene between my neighbor and his son. The neighbor's boy is a little older however. When that "meeting of the minds" thing came up. The son said, "Dad, why is it everytime I hear you mention us having a meeting of the minds, I get this mental picture of two brains crashing into each other, with mine never winning?"
I love this photo. My sons are "compromise daddies" and I couldn't be more proud of them. What a wonderful moment in time you captured here Dorie. Very special.
