The National Association of Realtors released an article about expected home sales in 2008.  The article says that home sales are expected to stay steady through 2008 and pick up in 2009. The article states that home sales in the middle of the county are expected to offset the declines in some of the previous hot spots. There are wide variations of housing markets throughout the country. Nearly two thirds of metropolitan areas are showing home increasing home values.

I have always said that the Cabot real estate market has remained steady. There has been a decrease in homes sold, but nothing dramatic. You can view in-depth Cabot Arkansas real estate market reports on my other blog. It is located on the home page of my Cabot Arkansas real estate site. Just click the link.
