Salida Colorado Real Estate: Wanted - home with acreage
Sellers, I need your help. I have buyers who need a home with acreage.
The market is slowly heating up in our area. Folks who have been thinking about a home around here are finally moving forward. I have more buyers than homes to offer them especially for homes with acreage.
For example I have buyers who are looking for 3 bedroom 2 bath home on acreage (4 or more acres). They have a horse so the area would have to allow horses. They want to be no more than 20 minutes from town. The roads must be accessible all year. They want views, so the home would have to have at least one side with vistas of some sort.
An outbuilding/barn and/or perimeter fencing are not mandatory but desirable.They want a decent producing well and in an area where the water has a permit for outside use (domestic or augmented).
Their budget will allow them to buy up to $300,000. Please email or call me if you have a home you would be willing to sell that meet the criteria above.
I have a family who wants a home in the country with trees and views. They are not picky on size. 5+ acres would do it. They are sculptors so it must not have a neighbor too near so the noise won't bother them.
This couple wants a vacation rental. Something nice, in the country 2+ acres that they can short term rent until they retire and can live here full time. Again, trees, views.
If you are not selling, research shows that every person knows at least 5 other people who are thinking of buying or selling in the next year. Who do you know that might be thinking of selling? Thanks for your help!
If you can't find them a home in Salida, send them my way. I might be able to help, and I love paying referral fees. I just got some cash buyers from a referral this week. We've already found them the perfect (almost) house. I'm researching the irrigation now. It's a bank owned property.
