yup, a favorite of mine too.
Brenda, you can still quote her words on your website and use it as a testimonial. I know the thank you means a great deal but that's all the more reason you want other sellers to see it.
It's really heartwarming that our efforts as real estate agents are seen by our clients. More than doing business, the act of saying thank you in whatever way adds to the confidence we've got that we can do business and help people.
