Carlsabad CA Real Estate Report, Expired and Sold Homes 2012
Wow! Talk about a 12 month change in the Carlsbad CA, zip code 92011 (southwest Carlsbad coastal) market place, just look at the switch in sold listings vs expired listing in Aug 2011. Many more homes were expiring and coming off the market than were selling. But what a turn around 12 months make, we are reversed, more sales than expired homes.
