Drive-by shooting in Placerville – Photo
There are many communities that are oriented to those looking for horse property in Placerville, Ca.
While I do not own a horse, I will do an occasional drive-by shooting of one. They don’t seem to mind a curious general contractor, wandering the roads of Placerville, looking for a good shot. J
From the title I had thought this was something all together different. It made me stop and read it, though.

Good morning again Tom. Great shot of a beautiful horse. You are lucky to be able to see the magnificance of these wonderful animals.
I'm really fond of horses. But, I don't own one either. It was somewhere between the ages of 17 and 18 that I figured out they required a lot of care. I still enjoy visiting with them though! This one glistened in the sun. Pretty thing!
You kind of take it for granted over the years, but it is something else when you can walk up, or drive by, these animals in the neighborhood.

Years ago when I had my appraisal fee shop we were having our monthly breakfast meeting when there was a group of highway patrol officers at a table nearby. I told my crew that we were going to have some fun with our appraisers and shooting photos. I stood up and started telling each of the appraisers something like this "Bill, I want you to shoot a couple at the front of the home, then take a couple shots down the street" and that went on for each of the crew of 10 or so of us
Sure enough, one of the officers came over to ask us what we did for a living.. when I told him we were appraisers doing some drive by appraisals. He looked relieved as he stated "we just felt like we wouldn't be doing our job if we didn't ask". lol
