Maximizing the best features is crutial in helping sell a home. If the house has a spectacular sunset...show it off.

Yes I agree that views can make a big difference.
Good Evening Jennifer:
What a difference the time of the day meant. Great Call and by the way...that is a lovely shot of the sunset
Jennifer, We've had a couple of times when taking the listing photos that we stayed late enough to catch sunset. Even on homes with not so great views, capturing a sunset to include in marketing photos can be cool.
Jennifer:
***TRUER WORDS WERE NEVER SPOKEN.*** You are 100% correct. Excellent Blog, and I hope this blog will make some Realtors, learn the **Awesome Value Of A Spectacular Sunset View.**
Thanks For Sharing. Myrna Ziller :) :) :)
Yes a sunset view can help sell a home. Other times of day can make a difference also.
I definitely agree, both good and bad, certain times of day can really accentuate the benefits of a home.
Enjoy the holiday as your prepare for a most productive fall.
Jennifer, that is so true! I had a top floor condo last year, facing West, and the sunsets over the mountains were spectacular. I got to show it at dusk, and those were the buyers!
Jennifer: The view makes all the difference in the world of many properties. I am selling an oceanview vacant lot and the buyers saw it for the first time today when the weather is absolutely sparkling. Now we all know there will be foggy or rainy days too, but to have this first impression lasts.
