Peach Cobbler Pie
Will shares a really good and actually easy to make Peach Cobbler pie recipe. My wife used this recipe and not only did the house smell awesome but the taste was delightful.

What goes with Vanilla Ice Cream, warm, fresh, Peach Cobbler.
I have a client that brings back a big box of peaches for me from Grand Junction every year. I got hooked on this recipe from my mother along time ago.
Ingredients:
¼ cup butter 2 cups fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
½ cup white sugar ¼ cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour ¼ reaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt 1 and ½ cup water
2 teaspoon baking powder
½ cup milk
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly butter a 9x9 inch glass baking pan.
2. In a large bowl, cream the butter and ½ cup sugar.
3. In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add to the creamed mixture and alternately with the milk.
4. Spread mixture evenly into baking dish.
5. Add peaches to dish, on top of batter.
6. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ¼ cup sugar. Pour 1 ½ cup of water on top.
7. Bake at 375 for 45 to 50 minutes. During the baking time the fruit and juice go to the bottom and the batter will rises.
Enjoy!
