The only problem with the Sacramento Fall home selling market is crawling out of bed after Labor Day. I never use an alarm because I do tend to wake up around 5 AM. This morning, I decided I deserved another 30 minute of sleep. I know how hectic it will be today. It's always hectic on a Tuesday. Tuesdays are the day people recover from the weekend and get serious about whatever they are doing. Except, when you have a holiday like Labor Day that eats up a Monday, sometimes people don't get rolling until Wednesday. That's what I'm counting on at the moment.
