Get a Head Start on the Sacramento Fall Home Selling Market

Real Estate Agent with Elizabeth Anne Weintraub, Broker DRE #00697006

sacramento fall home sellingThe only problem with the Sacramento Fall home selling market is crawling out of bed after Labor Day. I never use an alarm because I do tend to wake up around 5 AM. This morning, I decided I deserved another 30 minute of sleep. I know how hectic it will be today. It's always hectic on a Tuesday. Tuesdays are the day people recover from the weekend and get serious about whatever they are doing. Except, when you have a holiday like Labor Day that eats up a Monday, sometimes people don't get rolling until Wednesday. That's what I'm counting on at the moment.

But in this hot Sacramento real estate market, the fall home selling market starts today. If you want to get a jump on the low inventory, give this Sacramento REALTOR® a jingle. I've got 3 new Sacramento listings hitting the market today, plus, a four-bedroom home near Elk Grove coming back on the market, and a home in River Park in East Sacramento a few days from now.

Buy Daytona condos for heavenly good prices

5 AM? i am speechless... Not that I am going to bed at 5 AM, no... I go at 3 AM, so getting up at 5 PM sounds either heroic, or a torture

I guess, I would say that it is heroic for you, and a torture for me (LOL)

Morning Elizabeth I thought 05:00 AM was and is the standard time to get up.  These people who sleep after lets say 07:00 has shot the day.

You night owls, Jon. I don't know how you do it. My husband is up until all hours, too.

Hi James: Yeah, you're telling me, by 8 PM I've done 3 hours of work -- by 1 PM it's a full day yet I keep on ticking.
