Fullerton, California experienced a small drop in available real estate listings month over month, with a decrease of 4.4% from the end of July to August 2012. As compared to the end of January, the number of houses and condos for sale in Fullerton have fallen by a shocking 44.4%, and primarily in the foreclosure and short sale listing categories. Even though these 2 distressed listing categories increased on a month to month basis, they've come down by 78.2% and 73.1% respectively, since the beginning of the year.
