Parkwood in San Antonio’s Northwest remains as a highly sought after community due to the location and the Classic larger homes. This community has some great neighborhood amenities, and schools in the Northside Independent School District. Presently there are 19 Active Homes for Sale in this neighborhood with prices ranging from $105,000 to $260,000. The average listed price is around $158,980. Average price for square foot is $66.25 Square footage ranges from 1400 square feet to 4400 square feet.
The neighborhood amenities include a swimming pool, club house, sports court, tennis court, jogging trails, and children’s playground. The schools are Scobee Elementary, Stinson Middle, and Brandeis High School.
During the month of August 2012, a total of 6 homes sold for an average price of $167,450, and at $61.95 per square foot. The average days on market for closed homes was 65 days. Currently, there are 2 homes under contract or pending in Parkwood Subdivision, San Antonio, TX.
