Melissa, her husband and two 12-year old daughters live in Concord. She understands completely the questions that folks may have about public schools and property taxes-two of the reasons she lives in Cabarrus County NC!

Not understanding the agency laws of NC with respect to buyer, seller, dual dude and dudette, I can't comment on the team concept.

However, anyone who wishes to specialize in buyer representation is an agent after my own heart.

If buyers are as scarce in Charlotte as they are here, you've got a tough road ahead. But, at least you won't be burdened with anxious sellers.
