If you are a homebuyer and you are looking for the deal of the century, you better act now. Over the last few months, the real estate market in San Diego has turned from a buyer’s market (more properties available than buyers) to a seller’s market (less properties available than buyers). The good news is that interest rates are still at record lows, so often times mortgage payments are less than or equal to rent.
For sellers, this turn in the market reflects slightly increased property values; most sellers would agree that this is great news.

As you can see, the median home price in San Diego County right now is $388,100. For our readers in Riverside County, the median home price in that county is currently $219,850. It looks like there are still some amazing deals in Temecula, Murrieta and beyond!
