Home sales in Henderson NV gained momentum in August with multiple offers being seen more and more. Year-over-year sales showed 606 Henderson homes sold compared to 710 in August 2011. The current mix of available Henderson homes for sale is 72.4% regular sales, 21.8% short sales and 5.8% bank owned properties (REOs).
The median selling price for single-family homes in Henderson is up 9.38% from August 2011 to August 2012. At $175,000, this is an increase of nearly $20,000 from the beginning of the year.
