All the best places to stay on Maui aren't just on the south or west side, the North Shore has some great options too.  At the high end of the price range is Sugar Cove, 6 buildings with 3 homes in each, set on a beautiful white sand beach.  Expect to pay in the millions for one of these rare offering.  Sugar Cove is located in Spreckelsville, very close to Kahului and the Kahului airport.  Windsurfers from the world over know the value of this location when it comes to world class sports.

Georgina, while the prices of those condos for sale in Maui seem a tad high by our local standards, the HOA fees really seem seasonable.  And, to have those views of Maui's coastline - well, as the saying goes - priceless.
