I only wish I had found a place to buy when my daughter attended college. I never gave it a thought that it would be a logical move. NOW i know better... as what we paid in a room could have been a down payment on a condo or townhouse. This deal here is a great price! and if close to the school makes perfect sense! Sheila, this is as affordable as it gets in our area. This singlewide is sound and the roof is new. I hope someone recognizes the value soon also.l

Toni, that would work out well for both buyer and sellers. I'll go read the comments on your post...I've wondered about those issues too.

Clint, I agree...we'd already had it under contract three times before and all the issues i.e.; road maint and shared well agreement have been dealt with now.

Patty, you'd like it hear. The seller has had great luck with all those pretty flowers you're always liking in the photos.
