Another great reason that C H Clement Construction is a good option for the first time home buyer, or any home buyer, is that we only ask for a total of ten thousand dollar ($10,000) deposit for your new purchase of a Rockland townhouse.

There is no need for a large deposit when you buy a townhouse in Rockland. We simply ask for $1,000.00 upon signing of the offer. You will have 7 banking days to have the offer reviewd by your lawyer and to get your mortgage broker or bank to get you the financing.

Once the financing has been approved on the property and you remove your conditions the additional $9,000.00 deposit wil be required. We will also need a letter from your financial institution to confirm that your financing has been approved on the subject property.

It's as simple as that. A total of $10,000.00 is all you need to purchase one of our beautiful Rockland Townhouses.
