Bernal Heights Mystery Slide do you know it's story?
While walking through Bernal Heights yesterday I came upon another little hidden treasure. A small park with just one feature.
A giant two lane old school metal slide. The kind with the shiny polished smooth surface. Brings back great memory of being a kid again. The slide seemed almost lonely as there was no on playing on it.

So I decided to keep it company for a few a little while...
I look around everywhere for a dedication plaque, or a sign with the story of the slide but couldn't find a thing.
No one came by to play on the slide while I was there.
So I'm curious, does anyone know the story of this old slide in Bernal Heights?
