Hello Kathy, even though sales activity is down from the previous year, seeing the average sales price trending upward is a good thing.  As home prices stabilize I would think buyers will take that as an improving market and hep still more buyers off the fence.

Hi Nick - while this is a Greater Toronto Report our local Uxbridge Market faired better with the number of sales pretty close to last years figures for the month of August.
