It's What We Do...

This time of year, we take every opportunity to foster our friendships and promote our business....It's What We Do.   For us, this is the best time of year to be hosting events and building our business because of the holidays during this last three months of the year. It certainly may be the most important time for promotion because the first quarter is historicly not our best. We recently had an impromptu brainstorming session with a few of our wonderfully creative team members and came up with two used, but dusted off, ideas and one shiny, fantastic, new, fun way to remind our friends that It's What We Do...Real Estate.


I Call Them Tacky Calendars

1. I call them the "tacky" calendars. They are the small refrigerator magnets that we send out to our most beloved clients with our business cards stuck to the top. I call them "tacky" calendars because I think they are just that..."tacky" but our clients love them, actually they expect them. We even  get calls if a client doesn't receive theirs. So there is no arguing that they are effective and we continue to do them after many years.

 





We Do Things Together to Benefit Our Community

2. Our team is like a family and, as a family, we love to do things together to benefit our community. Many of us are natives, many of us have children in the local schools and family in the community. Every year our entire team wraps gifts at the Asheville Mall for our local Hospice charity. We wear Santa hats and spend three hours wrapping gifts for donations from the public. We meet lots of new friends and have even been featured in the local newspaper.

The entire team looks forward to this outting and we wouldn't miss it for the world.   

 

 

 

 

 

 

Let's Fill the Wagon

3. Finally, this year one of our team members is restoring an old utility trailer to look like a Radio Flyer wagon, complete with red paint and decals, only much larger.   We are hoping to book a spot in our local Christmas Parade. We will pull the wagon with one of our cars which is totally branded with our company and team names, and we will ask the public to bring donations of food for our Manna food bank. The team will walk along side and pick up the food to put in the wagon to be delivered to Manna.  

 

 

 

As you can see, we try to let our community see that we are part of it and want to help in any way we can. At the same time, we are making sure we keep our names in front of the public, hoping that they will remember that Real Estate is What We Do.
