36 Comments on Random Thoughts: Dizzle, Mt. Rainier and My Favorite Real Estate Writer
I always plan for prospecting, but the best laid plans and all... it didn't happen last week. Now I gotta go hit some of your links. Oh, but I did keep a screen shot of the paragraph... just in case it disappears. LOL
Until someone sees it in person "The Mountain" is something that is hard to explain. I love it! I will have my 4 year old grandson next weekend so my Daughter-in-Law (long time season ticket holder) can go and watch the Hawks post another WIN!
Befuddled AND shit eating grins all in the same sentence. Gosh I love your random thoughts!! :-) I wonder what Greg is going to send you. LOL
Thanks Bob, good stuff...good luck against the Boys R Us next week, thanks for the Hanh link.
So glad that random thoughts are back. Oh and dizzle was on my list from a couple of weeks ago...so it will get done soon. LOL abt Nino.
Bob, i spent little time prospecting as i was immersed in showings & deals to try to keep together...so shame on me...i fall down again...but Instagram is cool & i love Postagram- check it out for real estate it is awesome.
From this blog alone I learn about Dizzle and Postagram, two more sites/programs/tools I will check out and maybe integrate into what I am doing now. Often, just prospecting the old fashioned way produces better results for me than trying out evry new "thing" on the internet.
Bob, my daughter told me about Instagram in its early days. It's great but I haven't used it much. I think all the rain from the rest of the country decided to concentrate on Florida this summer. 24" in one month and more since then. Enjoy the dry weather!
Bob, Although I've never lived in Seattle, I thought it rained there every day. Most of the Californians I know don't want to leave the state, except for the taxes.
Bob, your one post is equivalent to 10 posts...it takes a while to digest each and every paraagraph.
Will check both Dizzle and Instagram (heard a lot about later).
Not heard of Rahn -- but will follow the links you mentioned.
Prosepcting? Was at a function this morning and got 3 leads...and never done it, but planning to call Expireds soon.
Thanks for the info on Rob Hahn. I had heard about the lawsuit, but did not know where it was.
Bob:
Love your random thoughts. I will have to read Rob Hahn and check out dizzle.com. And about Californians invading Washington, no way. If we get over 15 inches of rain a year we think the sky is falling.
That is pretty random Bob. I'm with Nino on the Cowboys this year. I have a feeling this is going to be the year that it happens.
Hi Bob' Thanks for sharing your random thoughts. Never heard of Drizzle but will check it out. At this rate, I am never going to get off my computer!!!!!!!!!
Bob, I can't believe it hasn't rained for 48 days in Seattle. I've made a few trips to Seattle in the past and all the days I spent there, there was only one day where it didn't rain. Thanks for the links.
Hi Bob - Your link to keep the cliche pics to a minimum looks like this http://activerain.com/blogsview/3436260/mashable.com/2012/08/31/cliche-instagram-photos so it gives you the Active rain Where did I leave my keys…?
Bob, I will check it out BUT what about duplicate content? I fear this.
Bob, So happy the Random thoughts are back. Love the new picture of you and your son. Forty-eight days without rain would make me happy too if I lived in Seattle.
Bob, Thank you for the picture of Mt Rainier. It evokes fond memories.
Thanks for the ideas. Love when you come around the corner and it. right. there! I'm constantly in awe of Mt. Rainier and I get to see it almost every day (when it's not hiding behind clouds....)
