This graph shows the average sale price of single family resale homes in the past 15 months in Delaware County, Ohio.  The average sale price for the 262 homes closed in the county was $291,000 compared to $292,000 a year ago.

• Average Delaware County for sale price- $378,000
• Average Delware County sold price - $291,000

Average sale price was down from August 2011, only 0.3%  for a single family resale home in Delaware County Ohio. Average list price was up 0.8% from August 2011.  Inventory (homes for sale in Delaware County) went  down 16.6% from July 2012 to 3.5 months based on August 2012 home sales. In August inventory was down 16.6% from July 2012 Delaware County, Ohio homes for sale. Homes for sale in Delaware County was down 38.1% from August 2011.   Delaware  County home sales in August 2012 were up 19.1% from a year earlier. Nearly 20% more homes closed in August than July 2012 in Delaware County.
