Facing Foreclosure??     There is help.   No, there are NO knights in shining armour coming to your rescue but help is available but you have to ACT  NOW!

Many home owners in the United States, let alone Mercer County or my hometown of Robbinsville New Jersey are facing the fear of foreclosure.

There is help out there.     Many home owners found themselves in a financial bind this past year with no end in sight.    This could have been caused by many reasons:

Job loss or change of income

Increased property taxes

Adjustable mortgage rates

Over spending

Increased family size

Health care bills

The list can go on and on.   Well don't feel alone hundreds of thousands of people are walking in YOUR shoes and there are options out there.

The key to having many options is to reach out NOW to someone for help and counseling before you have no options.

Most people don't know where to turn or where to even begin.   Don't let this paralyze you in to not doing anything.  Here are two good articles to get you started.

What to do when facing Foreclosure

How to avoid Foreclosure

Those are just a few tips/suggestions I have.    If you find yourself in this position and would like to know more of your options, please feel free to contact me at (609) 448-2222.

Desiree  Very informative post from the point of view people need to know they are not the only one in this current boat - they hear it, but they don't always believe it,  Karen Kruschka

Way to get the word out there Desiree that there are people who care and can help!!  It always amazes me how many people in foreclosure don't ever do anything, even when given the knowledge, and end up losing their homes.

Dez, I think it's critical that folks move early. Don't ignore the situation. Be proactive. I like the gist of your message here.

Our inventory of foreclosures have increased this past year. We're now going after more banks for that reason. I have several clients facing this very problem and we're trying to get the banks to work with us.  I'll pass the links along.

Karen - So many are just embarrassed to admit their circumstances.   If they'd just understand they are not alone and there are options.     Thanks for stopping by

Desiree.... I agree, great job. Very easily to understand from your post that there are many reasons and it's happening to many....  that they shouldn't be a shamed to seek help. As mentioned, foreclosures can be avoided if they seek help and or advice.
