Dez- Funny we both put up a Foreclosure Post today....one on each Coast :)  Good info,....this is such a big problem.

Way to get the word out there Desiree that there are people who care and can help!!  It always amazes me how many people in foreclosure don't ever do anything, even when given the knowledge, and end up losing their homes.

Dez, I think it's critical that folks move early. Don't ignore the situation. Be proactive. I like the gist of your message here.

Our inventory of foreclosures have increased this past year. We're now going after more banks for that reason. I have several clients facing this very problem and we're trying to get the banks to work with us.  I'll pass the links along.

Desiree.... I agree, great job. Very easily to understand from your post that there are many reasons and it's happening to many....  that they shouldn't be a shamed to seek help. As mentioned, foreclosures can be avoided if they seek help and or advice.
