Median Sales price has increased over 18% since August 2011. Wow…nuff’ said!
Listing price up almost 15% from a year ago.
Homes under contract are up 19% from last year.
Average days on the market has dropped to 65 days overall. That means if you wish to sell your home, it may take an average of two months…but then again, based on desirability, price, condition, etc…it could go quite quickly indeed!
