Sure doesn't look bank owned.............beautiful property Wanda.
Hi Wanda. Best Wishes on getting an offer on this home. That yard was to well maintained to look like any Bank Owned Property, but of course, you were doing your part to get it Sold.
Roger, When people typically find out it is a bank owned, they will discount the price heavily. When they see the upkeep, that doesn't work as well!
Jerry, Thank you! Getting it SOLD is the goal!
Wanda-What a beauty-Even the best looking properties can be bank owned in today's economy. The smart thing is it is being maintained which doesn't often happen with bank owned. Best wishes on a quick sale.
Wanda,
This is an eye opener, most foreclosures look bleak and univiting. Keeping a home looking good is a great strategy for selling it. I hope you sell it soon, it certainly looks great. A
I think people need to forget their pre-conceptions about bank owned properties. We are seeing lots more foreclosures that showed pride in ownership while they were owned.
Thank you Sharon, I have seen some homes that were left to ruin and they SOLD at bottom dollar.
Thank you Alexandra...we have been getting some LQQKS!
Todd, Had the water and utilities been turned off even during the summer months, it would have killed off the landscape and little critters would have taken over the interior. Glad the bank saw the benefits of my strategy.
Wanda, that is definitely a case of some person's misfortune will be someone else"s good fortune
